Alberto Sartore

Alberto played such a pivotal part in our start-up and recipe development we thought he deserved to stay listed online. He oversaw the research and development of new Growers Garden snacks, designing recipes for new products that our customers will love. He performed primary analysis of ingredients to evaluate their compatibility with our extrusion process and assisted the production team. Which is a long-winded way of saying he made our snacks taste delicious.

Alberto is Italian and has lived in Dundee since 2019. He’s a huge sports fan and loves everything from football to motorcycling, as well as the occasional lazy evening on the sofa watching a boxset or two.
