Broccoli slaw

Ingredients
- 340ml mayonnaise
- 3tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 Broccoli stem, finely grated
- 340g matchstick carrots
- 340g red cabbage
- 340g red onions
- 170g sunflower kernels
Directions
To begin, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a spacious bowl until the mixture is smooth. For the slaw, add broccoli slaw, broccoli florets, carrots, cabbage, green onions, raisins, and sunflower kernels to the dressing, and stir everything together. Refrigerate for an hour or overnight. For an extra touch, sprinkle more sunflower kernels on top before serving.
