If any such changes are made they will take effect from when they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion that you use this website. 2. Order Process

2.1 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery is free of charge for UK mainland orders only. Delivery is not currently available out with the UK mainland. If you wish for your order to be shipped out with this area please contact info@growersgarden.com. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Growers Garden shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

4. Payment

4.1 We will refund any payment made from your card in the unlikely event that goods are unavailable or if we are unable to fulfill your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

4.2 Payment can be made by Switch, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, Electron, Delta, Solo via PayPal.

4.3 Only one discount code/coupon can be used at any one time

5. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions

5.1 If you've changed your mind about a non-perishable item, you have up to 14 days after your delivery to contact us for a refund. Email info@growers-garden.com and we'll go through your options with you and arrange for your refund and return.
