Meet Robert, the backbone of Growers Garden. As our Production Manager Robert juggles a careful balance of productivity, standards, and budgets, earning him the unofficial title of our unsung hero (but don't let him know we said that!)

When the factory buzz subsides you'll find Robert playing attempting some fancy footwork on the football field, pumping iron at the gym, and cruising the roads on his trusty motorbike (always with a helmet on, of course). Beyond the spreadsheets and machines Robert is a family man, whether it's quality time with his young children or adding a bit of fun to life with his partner he wears a smile wherever he goes.
